This policy establishes standards, procedures, and limitations governing educational records, completion records, participation verification, and institutional record administration maintained by Kelly Legacy Estates Living Trust and Kelly Legacy Institute.
This policy applies to educational participation records, completion records, competency review records, curriculum progress records, intake submissions, institutional communications, administrative notices, and verification requests.
Verification confirms only the existence of internal educational or administrative records. Verification does not constitute professional licensure, legal certification, governmental recognition, regulatory approval, employment qualification, fiduciary appointment, or authority to provide professional services.
Participants may request verification of their own educational records, subject to administrative review, identity confirmation, and reasonable processing time.
Educational records are maintained as internal administrative records unless disclosure is authorized by the participant, operationally necessary, legally required, or permitted under applicable policy.
Reasonable efforts are made to preserve institutional records, but the Institute does not guarantee indefinite or permanent digital storage. Participants should maintain independent copies of important submissions, certificates, and communications.
