This Notice establishes ownership, usage limitations, licensing standards, and protections governing materials created, administered, published, or distributed through Kelly Legacy Estates Living Trust and Kelly Legacy Institute.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all materials created, published, administered, or distributed through KLI are owned, controlled, or licensed by Kelly Legacy Estates Living Trust.
Authorized participants may access materials for personal educational purposes during authorized participation, retain personal copies where expressly permitted, and reference concepts for lawful, non-commercial educational discussion.
Without prior written authorization, no person may reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, remove ownership notices, present materials as their own, use branding misleadingly, upload materials to unauthorized platforms, or use KLI curriculum to train competing commercial programs.
Educational access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. No ownership interest is transferred.
KLI curriculum, frameworks, and proprietary materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, replicate, or develop competing AI systems, datasets, automated educational models, or derivative commercial systems without express written authorization.
If you believe material accessible through KLI platforms infringes your copyright, submit written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the submitted information is accurate.
